Description
This offering comes from the Solemo washing station in Ethiopia’s Guji region. Cherries are purchased from daily deliveries by area producers, they are floated, de-pulped and fermented for an average of 72 hours. Once the fermentation process is complete, coffee is moved to raised beds and dried for an average of 15 days.
