I’ve been busy to say the least, so forgive me for the long delay in getting this blog out. We had an amazing grand opening in June and I want to thank everyone who has helped us along the way in getting our door open, and to all of you who made it to our grand opening party! It has been such a great feeling to be able to share our coffee with you and make some new friends along the way too!
I couldn’t be happier with how our first roasts have turned out, but now it’s time to include some more variety to our offerings and I’m super excited to work out some new roasts for everyone to try! We should hopefully have these starting to appear early next month. Hint: look for some new project roasts in our shop and online, your feedback from these helps us produce our final product!
We are also currently remodeling our back room to bring our roastery up to code to supply product for re-sale. Which means we will have an SilverCup espresso roast out in the near future as well! Hopefully you will soon be able to buy a great espresso drink made with our beans from some local shops! Look for updates on this around October.

A quick shout out to some key people who have been instrumental in our success: Dave and Danny for all their construction help on the shop, Chris and Luke for spreading our coffee throughout Missoula, Christy (Hello Costello) for our amazing graphic designs, and all my family and friends who continue to pour support into our business, we couldn’t do it without you!
