Welcome to Fall! Trees are changing, the air is getting crisper, and you’re getting some great coffee in the mail! What could be better! This month we are sending you a coffee from Oaxaca Mexico that is medium roasted to bring out it’s true character. It presents well with a solid medium body that brings a lot of chocolate, fruit, and nuts to your tongue. Below is some info on the region and varietals in this coffee.
Mexican Oaxaca

The second is a coffee club exclusive single origin! A Brazil Prima Qualita. This Brazil is reserved for use mainly in our espresso blend, but we have found it to produce a great cup of coffee as a single origin which is why we’ve decided to release it to the club only.
Here is a bit more info on the coffee from the COOXUPÉ cooperative: “This is a premium blend of 3 different coffees. A well balanced coffee, Prima Qualità is the result of careful research by our cup-testers, blending the aroma and light acidity from the finest coffees in the South of Minas Gerais with a sweet, full bodied Cerrado from Monte Carmelo, and a touch of Otimo, our pulped cherry.”
